Hi, I'm Ollie Trevitt

I'm a Level 2 Qualified Fitness Instructor, level 3 Qualified Personal Trainer and owner of OPT Fitness. My role as a Fitness Trainer is to help you achieve your fitness goals, whatever they may be. I like to keep things as simple and effective as possible, with no fads, no gimmicks, just results!

Based in Worcestershire, I offer 121 and group personal training as well as fitness classes. I currently PT at 4 different gyms, covering Worcester, Droitwich, Bromsgrove and Kidderminster. I also offer a home gym service if the gym isn't for you.

I have a passion for fitness but a bigger passion for helping people achieve their fitness goals.

OPT Fitness Bootcamp

A fun fitness class designed to improve fitness levels and burn calories. Classes are 7:30pm every Friday at Oasis Academy Warndon, WR4 9PE


Ollie has really helped me with my core training. He gave me a programme to follow with very easy to follow instructions and clear demonstrations that showed me the ideal techniques to aim for. The exercises were pitched right, and I felt it the next day, but made real improvements in just a few weeks. Wouldn’t hesitate to follow his advice again in the future. Thanks Ollie!
